Best service I've ever had and I've moved alot. Scheduling again to disassemble my bed and use my new headboard!

They showed up on time. They were polite, professional, and respectful of my belongings. It would have taken us days to do what they did in less than two hours! I HIGHLY recommend using them for your next move! I’ll definitely be happy to use them for mine!

I first want to start by saying last year when I used Woodby I had an amazing experience and that's what made me excited to use you guys again for this move. I know unforeseeable things happen and jobs can take longer than expected; but this entire experience has been very unprofessional and I'm not usually one to complain but today has been an awful day for me. I unexpectedly had to euthanize my cat the morning of my scheduled move. My original arrival time was 8-10AM. I was flexible when they pushed me back to the 12-3 arrival window. They didn't show up until 5 PM! When they finally showed up they spent 15 minutes showing me videos of the previous location they just moved and complained about their boss instead of actually working. Mind you these people get paid by the hour. It was once we got to the second location that bigger issues arose. I know breaks need to be taken when working this kind of job. I could not do it myself and that's why I hired movers. Unfortunately these became EXCESSIVE. They are hitting their weed vape pen in the WORK truck( I know it's weed because Kyle told me so). On FaceTime with a family member for about 15 minutes talking about dinner. They're both high while working. All in all Kyle and Austin were screwing around and purposely dragging their feet. I only had a 3 bedroom small house. The same amount of stuff I had last year. Last year it took Kyle and Martel 3.5 hours to move my house. This time it took them 5 FREAKING hours. AND THEY STILL DIDNT MOVE ALL MY STUFF. They broke my washer drain hose. Tore the paint on the wall. And couldn't even bother to get my couch inside my house. PATHETIC. I was really hoping this time would be just as great as the last but I'm highly disappointed in the work ethic and professionalism of the team that was sent. They ignore your messages for hours when trying to find a solution. They're lucky they got what money they did from me because a couple of high school boys could have done a better job. STAY AWAY FROM WOODBY.

I deeply regret hiring Woodby Movers, a decision that turned into an absolute nightmare. Upon their late arrival in a makeshift U-Haul (first red flag), they barely glanced around before deciding they

showed up on time the workers were very efficient and very professional I will definitely be hiring them for my future moves
